Reaching up

Reaching up, originally uploaded by gajman.

Looking up in the narrow streets of Venice is always surprisingly stunning!

And off I go

And off I go, originally uploaded by gajman.

Taken at Milano Centrale Train Station. It's a cleaner and less crowded version of VT Station in Mumbai.

So long Bundy - you bloody beauty

Last Friday, Bundy left me. Bundy was a loyal friend who kept me company for 2 years almost to the day. I know Bundy had a lot of fans among you... so this is my final homage to her. Check out this album of B-Art! http://picasaweb.google.com/thegajman/Bundy

Enter my new mate. Haven't named him yet, but a couple of lead thoughts are Kaizer (given his German heritage) or Caesar (coz he's a C180K Coupe). My first 3 days with him have been exhilerating. He's also very photogenic... http://picasaweb.google.com/thegajman/IsThisCaesar

The Buns of Navarone

Yep... that's the (provisional) name of the band we're putting up at this years ABBA's (a P&G regional marketing awards night). Let's just say we'll leave the etymology of that name out of this. If it's upto Rahul - this name will change!! :)

I'm kinda nervous about my 4 songs... my scale can be a bit iffy. My timing can be a worry. And there are about 300 ppl watching the show. Might resort to Nissim's EOQ of 2 beers before the performance.

Our line up is quite a bunch - Mallu (celebrity drummer), Saurabh (multitasker... bass and vocals), Nissim (2beers and lead), Sexy Paolo (last minute saviour and keyboard), BJ (fill in drummer, vocals and resident papa), D'tripper Vidya (desperately wannabe drummer and vocals), Zombie Vidya (resident flunk and vocals) et moi (wannabe rockstar and attempting vocals).

Some more from the first B-Art compilation

B-Art

My first edition of B-Art. Not sure what I was most excited about when I did this sometime in 2005... the new car (yes, bundy finally accepted my advances in Feb'05), the new camera (yes, the EOS 300D was new then!), or newly discovered Photoshop skills (aka blasphemy to the purists!)
